“Matthew said after we signed the contract that someone from office would contact me within 3-4 business days but nobody contacted me until I called them. I talked to a representative and asked how everything works and had some questions, they said yes everything will be ordered and on the way to you in ten days. I said okay and I was happy with everything. But they never called me and I did not get a letter or email from the company. So when the time came to start the job I got a call from Matthew and he said we have to talk. I was curious about why do we have to talk if we already signed the contract. I even called the office to make sure the materials had arrived and they just said they are on the way it will be soon. It looked like everything was going to work. Once Matthew and I talked he said the office disagreed with the contract price and he was going to have to go up on the price. I said if I agree on the price change can you start the job tomorrow and he said no we have to start over and you will have to wait four weeks. When I met him and was signing the contract the condition was four weeks to wait on material and the job will be done. After four weeks he called back and that's when he said we have to talk and the price would be increased. No one informed me and this is why I would like to put a zero with a big fat minus on this question.”
