“I was told by sales rep that walking on the roof was not an issue. Then told by contractor that no I had to be very careful and only to step on certain area or I will damage roof. Also that the installers were employees. Then at the end of project the roofers give me his own business card of a contractor company and roofing is not even on the card. If Interlock certifies contractors that's fine but say that. I am lead to believe that the roofers are employee's.”

“More notice would have been nice. The drive calls the same day to ask if it's ok to drop off package. Then it sits in driveway for nearly two weeks. Then the night before we get a call from installer and they say they are starting the next day. I then had to cancel plans I had made. Just a better scheduling would be nice.”
