They could improve with the salesman explaining the charge better. How they charge for more per square feet to account for any waste to be added for the product, then actual footage versus the service installation cost. Also there was extra materials at the end of the job they did not use and they did not leave it here for me. They need to explain to the home owner what happens to the extra left over materials when we have paid for them. One thing I was concerned about was the materials that were left on our front lawn for about week before they started.
