Now, the small problem with my interlock roof on the adjacent property was not handled nearly so well. It is a 10-year-old roof, and one tile has slipped out of place, allowing a squirrel into the roof. I called Interlock multiple times over several days on warm days leaving messages, and did not get a call back until after the weather turned cold. Communication issues meant the repair was significantly delayed.
