The installers did not speak English and they really need to speak English. It is different and being in the country than in the city and they did not know how to get here. The head foreman also did not speak English either. So if the guys had a problem could not understand directions that we needed to give them. It's fabulous they hired them but would be great if the company would offer them a course in English. English for them would be a huge asset to them.
