“There was a bunch of follow that was supposed to be completed after installation but no follow up was completed at all. He also stated he was going to put up an advertisement but was not put on our property, he was hard to get in touch with, and he told us it was a 50 year lifetime warranty but did not cover hail, and other circumstances were not covered. We ended up having to going through our insurance company for any issues.”
