Communication between the seller (Starting contract date of July), the installer, weeks notice as per contract, and office. Office and installing on the reasons for not installing. This lack of communication between these people made it very frustrating on our part. Normally with all the dealing I've done with home renovations, the seller (salesperson) returns to the home after completion and asked how things went and brings all the paper work. So all is filled out, completed and the necessary paperwork is returned to the office. Saves a stamp, time and insures everything is complete and correct and "long distant calls."
