not even my worst enemy Interlock roofing was 1 year late with installation, was promised by sale rep. that roofing materials will be delivered around our schedule; NOT. Delivery person was rude, dropped off roofing at my work because he delivers Mon-Fri 9-17, I'm also at work at that time. Delivery person didn't even tried to help with unloading, some boxes were open, metal roofing was scratched, damaged ... we got in touch with Interlock, they don't care. Several days later, without phone call delivery person drop off another load at my work. Without asking or phone call and I got crap from my boss. Had to borrow truck to redeliver from my work to my house. We were calling Interlock to see when are they planning to do work, we have other things to do around house.... and nothing.....lies, lies. We booked them for first week in June 2014.April 2014, I was in BC, got call from Interlock that roofer will give me a call to schedule work. After 2 weeks no one called, I called Interlock back and she was surprised that roofer never called me. Was book following Monday and he was no show. Interlock's excuse for not booking me was, I'm to hard to get in touch with. I do have a voice mail and e-mail and I do return my phone calls and e--mails.In May 2014 he was at the door asking were is him roofing. We told him that some material was damaged and scratched and installer said; its not important no one will see it. Every time we asked him something or questioned his work; he said; I don't understand English or It's your roof fault and looks good from far and you'll get used to it! We also asked him to leave all extra materials, I paid for the roofing, not him, and he got offended and took almost everything. Finish touches are joke, silicone, silicone and he loves to silicone everything.I'm also surprised that no one called or stopped by to see if we have any questions, concerns, are we happy... NO ONE. Some areas need to be repaired, its bad work and looks like I will have to pay someone else to repair Interlocks craftsmanship. BUYERS BEWARE! in everything!
