if they asked I would mostly tell them what I told you in Q.14 Schedule committment: we called on a Wed to see what Interlock was all about they didn't really want to answer questions on the phone really wanted us to make an appointment, they said they could come the next Monday, when they didn't show Monday called they apologised and said double booked had a meeting in Calgary so rescheduled for two days later the Wed, showed up on time. It seemed more like high pressure sale then a informative company info session with them offering a one time discount if we (a) buy that night by putting 10% down, (b) advertised for them with a sign on our lawn for 3 months after the install and (c) put our house in their gallery book for future sales, I read the agreement the next day and it said we had so many days to cancel which was not mentioned, install date had them lined up to come end of May they did call to try to change it to April but didn't work for us, didn't show up in May, June we started inquiring, July the work got done.Installers: The installing crew was informative, tidy, hard working, focused and did excellent work from what I can see, very happy with them.The limited warranty: I guess we will see how that realy works if we need it, shingles look good and I hope they last as they say.Final note: I'm in my 50's so quite certain I won't be seeing the shigles when the 50 year warrenty expires, to me a 40 year no cost to transfer with first buyer conditions for the guaranteed life would have been a better selling perk, I'm sure the profit margin could easily swallow the transfer admin fees and who knows maybe increase sales. In hind site for us asphalt shigles for a third of the price would most likely did us so I'm thinking this is why you sell your product in this manner. Just our opinion, food for thought. Thanks
