The communication between customer and staff to keep them apprised of their project. There was an inspector, John Merrick, who called a week after the roof was completed because he wanted to come and see how the crew were working. So he said he'd come at a specific date and showed up unannounced two weeks later. Again the communication within the company seems to be lacking. Overall we are very pleased with the workmanship and the roof. Speaking to Derek during our initial meeting was satisfying. Cleanup was almost perfect.

“We found the communication from office staff lack in keeping us up to date on start date. Felt we had to chase down the information. When we were to assume from initial meeting that delays from rain could push start date, we called to find product had not left Delta. We had our daughter's wedding beginning of August and where we were assured installation would begin in June. We were still chasing in July. Job was completed near end of July but left with nervous it was going to be done before wedding. Installation foreman, was very good a keeping us up to date while job went on. Although we had a worker show up when they called a rain day and no one else came.”

“Found and continue to find a few scraps of metal and roof nails after they left but overall very good.We had a wind storm during the installation and crew had left unsecured pieces of roofing and tools on roof. The pieces flew around in the wind. My neighbours were calling me as they were concerned for their safety from flying metal. After the storm, we collected several pieces from around the neighbourhood.”
