I feel they could improve in the area of communication. I am still waiting for a call and I do have some issues with the installation. I have not been contacted back by anyone. There is left over material laying around. I have called both numbers Collin left me to call. They finished the install 3 weeks ago and he has still yet to contact me back in regards to the issues. The product is great but the company needs to address communication issues. If they knew they were going to have install issues they took forever to get the product delivered then it sat all winter before the work was done. I paid for it in Aug and the work was completed in April. Also I would like a call from Collin James ASAP!
