The installers, Yorman and Kevin worked professionally and answered any of our questions. The roof looks amazing, and now we don’t have to worry about reroofing our home again, and the lifetime warranty is transferable to a new owner once we decide to sell.

I took it among myself that it would be replaced, but they just screwed down a lot of the wood that was loose. I wondered why they didn't replace the black wood, but I didn't ask. I had to call 4 times to find out what was going on. I was also disappointed that this roof cost me four times the cost of a roof replacement quote of $6100. I do love the look of this roof and I am hoping that it was the right choice in the long run, time will tell.
