This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Colonial Brown on a home in Medicine Hat, AB, completed April 27, 2015. The project covered roughly 15 squares of roofing. The material came quickly, and was stored in a neat pile in garage. However it took a while for any communication to give any indication when the roofing would be installed. Then on Easter weekend, the installer came without any notice. Since we were away for the this holiday, and unable for the installer to contact us prior to starting the project at that time. Due to a mix up of the next installation date, the installer was sent to Lethbridge, instead of coming to Medicine Hat. We did receive an apology for this mix up, and we thank all the staff for rescheduling our project at their earliest available time slot. We are very satisfied with the installer and his workmanship. Thank you very much.
