We were very happy with the service from the sales and service/instalation people. They were very prompt and courteous, they left the site very clean as well. We are very pleased and have told others to consider an Inter Lock roof when they are ready to renew their roof. We were concerned with delay in hearing back on the financing terms and payments, Valerie had to ask more than once to get the issue resolved. This was our only complaint, everything else about the roof we are happy with.
