“Originally, I told them it didn't have to be done this year, but if they were going to commit to it, to get it done. It all kept getting pushed around. I was fine with waiting but when they said this year, I was expecting it done. I wanted it done before winter because I didn't want a mess under the snow and that's what I got.”
