This project used an Interlock® Shake system in Aged Copper on a home in Red Deer County, AB, completed August 14, 2015. The project covered roughly 15 squares of roofing. There were a few areas where communication / our understanding of the project caused some concern but were satisfactorily resolved in the end. There was confusion regarding a dumpster and removal of the old roof. We were originally told that a dumpster would arrive prior to the start of the project, yet none arrived and the installer seemed confused as to what to do with the old roof. We were also surprised that the installer was a contractor with his own business. We were of the understanding that it would be an Interlok installer (ie someone who works for Interlok and only installs Interlok roofing), not a contractor.
