Interlock Roofing is a professional company, they were timely on their construction and timelines, and they did do a good job on resolving any outstanding issues. I think Interlock Roofing could have improved in two ways. First, the delivery personnel. They could either train them better on how to unload their equipment or have a second person come help out. Second, they could improve their communication. If anything changes to the original scope of work, they should notify the owner before going ahead. The only negatives I had were that they didn't notify me on any changes to the roof, and also the delivery personnel issue.

“The installation and supply are separate issues for me. They didn't have enough product, but the guys that did the installation did the install fine. However, I wasn't happy that they didn't put the roof capping on that I wanted them to. We had discussed that, and there is a pass forward on that.”
