2.5 I would have a caveat about scheduling. Schedule management and delivery of materials could have ben better. The roof looks really good. I am assuming wintertime installs are fine. Communication is something they need to improve upon. When they miss the installation date by 3 months and they should notify the customer. We had to call them several times. Scheduling and communication are definitely areas they need to work on. I appreciate this survey call.

“I am all hung up on scheduling. The contract said the roof would be installed ASAP. It was supposed to be installed at the end of August or mid-september at the latest and it went into December. The installation did not happen when they said it would and no one called to say they were delayed. I actually had to call them. I was not happy with their communication.”
