Reception was so helpful, kind and professional. Mr. John, the service guy, is awesome. Very handy, professional and knowledgeable. The repair I had was complex and scary. Mr. John fixed it so easy. Review: November 7, 2019Completion: October 25, 2019Their communication fell short of my expectations. We didn't know a timeline. When they dropped off the roofing materials, I assumed it would start within a couple of days and it wasn't until a couple of weeks. Everything was left out in the rain. The guys coming to install the roof gave us a 12 hours warning before they showed up. Because of the timing of everything, I was away that weekend and my husband had our kids to deal with so he wasn't checking the phones at 8:00 at night.

With the benefit of hindsight, it would have been much better to do the roof first and the eavestrough second. The guarantee in the final contract (pink slip) isn't anywhere as good as it was in the selling job. When will the advertising sign be removed?

Review: August 15, 2015Completion: August 7, 2015The only issue I had was that they didn't have tarps catching the roofing material in our case it was cedar shingles, it was thrown in my flower beds, they did clean up, but there is still bits and pieces of the shakes and parts of the metal roofing that I pick out of my flower beds, also I think after each day that they are done and cleaning up they should go over the area with a magnet to pick up any nails the were on the ground, each day we went out and would find nails in the driveway,… Read more →

Review: September 26, 2014Completion: July 14, 2014Works need to be more careful with small items cut off the metal, as I am still picking up metal pieces in my flowers beds that are sharp, also many nails were found in the yard, even our driveway, which could have caused flat tires. We are very happy with the singles, the house looks lovely, and sure hope the winter is a good test for them.
