“When the product was to be delivered, I was suppose to get a call the day before and I ended up getting a call 5 minutes before the delivery. The installation crew dropped off their job trailer at house with no notice, which was approximately 5-7 days before the office was in contact with me about the start date. The materials sat on my driveway and I had to move them over the holidays.”
