This is a high quality product and is therefore relatively expensive compared to other roofing systems so it is not for everyone. We are an older couple (in our 70's) and the costs were partly offset by insurance so for us it is not requiring many years for the return on investment. Without the insurance contribution we would probably not have chosen this system but we are very happy that we did. I would recommend the system for people planning to live in their homes for a long time.
