We already have recommended interlock to others, and seem to have friends that are interested, but we have also told them to make sure they inspected the roof to make sure it was done right the first time... and we have also told them that if they were not happy with it, that the company was very quick and professional to deal with and fix any problems. All the employees of interlock were a pleasure to deal with. All very courteous and professional. All issues were addressed in a very professional manner. We would highly recommend this company and their product. We think interlock could have informed us as to whether or not we had been approved for financing. Communication could have been better, as we feel the client should not have to contact the company to find out if they've been approved or not. We are also of the opinion that maybe some of the roofers should be trained a little more thoroughly, because then a call back for repairs would not have been required.

“The employees of Interlock were a pleasure to deal with, however, I feel it would have been more professional if they had had more contact with us. For instance, we had someone show up to measure our roof without a phone call or email, and we had not yet been told if we had been approved for financing or not. Then we had the product delivered to our home, this time with a phone call, however, we still had not been told if we had been approved for financing or not. When we did contact the office though, our phone calls were returned quickly and our questions were answered, but it would have been more professional for them to contact us with this information, in my opinion.”

“The roofing crew was late arriving. However, after apologies and explanations, they got right to work in a very professional manner. They were very well organized and worked very quickly. However, when they said they were finished, my husband went up on the roof and started taking pictures, as it was not looking like a very professional job and did not look finished. Upon contacting the office and them sending a roofer back out to inspect it, they agreed with us and had the roofer come out the next day to fix the issues. This roofer was very professional, courteous and thorough... also very friendly and apologetic, which helped ease our frustration.”

“For the most part, the job site was kept very clean. However, we were told that when the roofers were done, they would use a magnetic tool to go around the yard and make sure any debris, such as nails were picked up. I have since this time stepped on 2 roofing nails, both located in my grass and a neighborhood child over playing with my child stepped on a roofing nail on the lawn beside my patio stones. All nails were found on the same side of the house, which leaves me to believe that this area was not done with a magnet.”
