“Mike was knowledgeable about the project. However, when it came to the length of time the project would take to complete he did not give an appropriate estimate. He informed us a job of our size would be completed in 3-4 days. In actuality it took 2 weeks. We would have had no issue if he told us the project would be 2 weeks. But from the estimation Mike provided, we thought the job would be completed sooner than it was”
