“Probably the most miserable part of the whole experience and put a damper on everything. If you are going to set a date to come, make sure its for real. So many "we will be there mondays" that I went for many weeks without gutters, multiple times moving my kid out of his room and back for no reason, multiple times tearing apart my soffits to expose the water damaged plywood and putting it back together again. Got a call letting me know that the roof is being delievered when the driver was at my house. This made everything a bit frustrating. WOuld rather you just said "nope, not going to be there for a while" and then when it was time to show up, say , we will really be there on monday.”

“Few things I would have liked to have seen done differently. Where the old shingles were removed and the plywood replaced there is a wavy dip now, I would have personally put the old shingles back up to create a shim of sorts to hide the dip. The leaking roof after didnt help but seems like it may be fixed now, roof looks great otherwise, the wavy spot isnt visible to anyone but my neighbor.”
