The only thing that shocked us a little bit is the amount of time that it took. Somewhere along the line in the beginning if they had said it would be three weeks we would have known that and planned for it. It's not a problem, because they were fantastic and excellent, I just didn't think it would be almost four weeks. I will recommend them. I already have!
