Communication with the customer and in house. Getting a price on the job also caused much grief. Scott gave a low ball quote to Northern Capital Restorations, possibly based of poor information. I was given another price by Angela, which was based on very specific measurements and details, then when Colin showed up he made unrealistic claims on being an "insurance specialist" and jacked the house price up and added the garage in. The garage was denied, which was too bad but no big surprise. However, the whole process and the 3 wide ranging estimates caused untold delays with the insurer and much unnecessary grief for my wife and I.
