Interlock installed an Interlock® Slate system in Deep Charcoal on a home in Richmond, BC, completed March 27, 2019. The project covered roughly 31 squares of roofing. Installation Crew scored 5 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “Yes, with an exception to where the container was put on the driveway. I think communication could've been better at the beginning.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing. The roof has been in place 7 years and remains under Interlock's lifetime limited warranty.
They could have improved on coordination with the trades people. It has to do with where the container was dropped off and it should've been moved somewhere else. When the guys finished, they left a few tarps, extra flashing, and the old skylight, and I would like someone to come pick it all up. They indicated someone would come back to get it but they haven't come or followed up about it.
