The roofers themselves were excellent. The administrative and communication of Interlock Roofing were definitely disappointing. They did not do good getting back to me. Interlock Roofing could improve their communication. They should return calls when they say they are going to even if they do not have all of the information. I needed to really be on top of the financials. They overcharged me by 18,000. There were some financial things that I had to point out to them.

They decided that they were not going to install them because of the setup of my original skylights. It was kind of a waste of time. They did refund my money for the new skylights that I purchased.”
