In regards to the snow guards I requested I wasn't told in the beginning that it would only be on two sides of my house. They should have explained this when I requested them. After speaking to Bryan we got everything taken care of. When we toured the factory with Bryan he was very knowledgeable about the products. Even though he never answered several questions we had in regards to the project we felt he knew what he was talking about. The only thing that discouraged us is we felt rushed into getting the sale. Bryan was a little to pushy.
