Dated invoices claiming 100% complete should not be issued until the work is 100% complete. 3. I had asked about assistance with the final inspection and Todd promised he would send Mike to check at completion BUT Mike never showed up: Don't promise what you do not deliver. Susan, the primary customer is generally pleased with her new roof.

With regard to the installation, they need to improve the training of the installation crew and the installation crew needs to be better at communicating. Lots of broken promises.

Quote was in actual fact over 4 times the cost, seems quite overpriced and if making such an investment people want comfort in knowing any issues with leaks would be rectified promptly, and without troubles scheduling the fix.
