The work crew seemed to be a bit rushed, I think there were a lot of jobs scheduled and they wanted to move on. I did a lot of the cleanup myself because I like doing something and the only comment my wife had was that there were a lot of cigarette buts around. I wish I would have put this roof on sooner as I had leaks and now I feel secure. Other than the high price I am very satisfied.

We needed new roofing after only 13 years. Shingles were worn, and lots of small leaks after a big rain. Although the metal roofing was twice the cost of regular shingles, we decided to go the permanent route. Now when it rains we have no worries and this winter snow will not be an issue either. The 50-year warranty insures that in 15 years or so we will not have to re-roof. John the marketing consultant was great to work with, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone.
