They could have improved mainly in the communication. There were long periods of time. There was an issue and no communication. I am very happy with the product and service. Like anything, nothing is perfect. I am from outside and was not born from Nova Scotia and the attitude of the people here are like they don't need the money and you have to run after them to get them. They were better than average. The little issue with the accounting dragged on, but I held my own and it got resolved. I will recommend them.
