The sales man that we were dealing with ended up being very hard to deal with and was not open to our questions and inquiries about the project. Whether he was not understanding our questions, or had no interest, I don't know. We got the feeling that it was all about his end cut in the deal. I ended up going directly to the office to get the answers that we wanted and were completely satisfied with their responses. If we had not been committed to the product we would have pulled the plug on it, due to this. We are very happy with the end result.
