The installation crew, Justin Ayres & his helper, Owen, did an excellent job & had to work through some very poor weather conditions. They installed our roof in a very professional manner & as quickly as the weather conditions would allow. Justin kept us updated & informed throughout the job until its completion.The sales, scheduling & office support from Interlock Roofing was poor. Once the roofing contract was signed & the deposit paid I received no further communication from Interlock Roofing. All further communication with them was initiated by me.The original installation timeline was not adhered to and I received no updates or revisions as time went on. This was not the fault of the installation crew, after they started I knew what was going on.
