Communication.Follow up on the Customer Completion cert comments.Putting the customer and his concerns as top priority. We had the house roof done a few years ago and wanted the barn and a small shed done to match. We may have used another company if there was one. Our house experience had issues ( BBB case#33804) and we did receive compensation for installation damage. We know it is not an easy job being performed under difficult conditions.

“Several emails to John Amirault were not answered.Completion of the Customer Completion cert had a comment from us, highlited that snow guards were not installed and we felt we were due a refund. The head installer had made this decision without consulting us ( but we were ok with it) and said he would follow up for the refund with Gilles Bourgois. I don't know who actions the CC cert but we waited patiently for a while and emailed john A and finally called Ted Jarvis on 04 April ( job completed 28 feb ). Ted called back, then Chris from Dartmouth who said we'd get the cheque in a couple of days. Cheque finally received 25 april because they only issue cheques on mondays!!! But it was our money!! In hindsight we should have requested a revised invoice.”
