“There was some lack of communication with the first work crew that had been in to look at the job initially. While we had no problem with some delays ( as additional work requirements were discovered and subsequently, some family issues with a member of the first work crew came up), a quick phone call or email would have been appreciated and we would not have had to call John who, along with Gilles the Installation Manager, very quickly resolved the issues and afterwards kept us informed.”
