I would recommend with reservation. I would recommend because I like the roof. I would like the way the work on it to put some stipulations in the contract with regards to timelines, and some penalties when they're not met. If the timelines are not going to be met, at least some communication about it. Not leaving me in the lurch from mid-October to mid-December. I think two months is not reasonable without any communication explaining the rationale for the lateness. They could have improved in communicating more effectively with the customer, and not keep you waiting for over two months. I'm pleased with the roof. I think it looks good. It'll be a great roof. It'll do everything they said it will do. It'll improve the property value. It'll last a long time, and it won't ever have any problems. In that respect, I am very pleased. The fellows that came to put the roof on they were great. They came at 8 in the morning when they finally did come. They work till late at night, even though it was cold at that time they came. They got it 95% completed before they left. It's that other 5% that dragged on for over a month until finally I sent the registered letter. When I sent the letter, two men came. They did it promptly and courteously; they did a fine job. It took me that $12 registered letter. Those are my concerns Bob Wright came and gave me a contract. I gave him the down payment. He said it'd be 8-10 weeks. Mid October came and nothing happened. I kept calling and calling, and I couldn't get an answer. Finally, someone answered me and they said in a couple days you'll get some materials. November came and they dropped off some materials, which sat in my driveway. Finally, early December three men came and they worked at it, and they worked really well, and they worked hard. They got it 90% completed except some trim. They left and said they would come back and finish it off, which didn't happen. That was December 15th. Finally, I wrote the letter in January. I got a call, and two men came and finished off what they had to do. They did well, and they were courteous and they were nice My concerns were the timelines, and tnoby calling me saying this is why we're going to be late. There needs to be that communication. I can appreciate that in a constructdion business that timelines someitmes get meesed up. That was my frustration. It was with the not communicating.
