But the company took 3 or 4 months to start after I submitted the deposit.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing. The roof has been in place 3 years and remains under Interlock's lifetime limited warranty.
Interlock Roofing could improve by providing a closer inspection to determine the proper terms for a particular roof. On the whole, I am happy with the roof. The original quote included 20 snow guards. The completed roof only had 17. After I pointed that out, they gave me a credit for the three snow guards. I do not know if that included the labor. There were some roofing nails left behind. I think I picked up half a dozen.
