While communicating with John Reeves was positive and he tried to be helpful, he can't do magic. It was very disappointing that your company could not follow through on your promise. We really looked forward to getting the job done. There was almost no communication from your end. It was a waste of time trying to go up the ladder with phone calls. Not a good way to do business and we couldn't in good conscience recommend the company in our area.
