1-800 scheduling person was rude, she did not help me out, and tell me who I needed to talk to. She never got back to me. It was 99% good. I am very satisfied with the company but the initial contact I had was not satisfying whatsoever.I should be able to talk directly to the people who are going to do my project. John Reeves did an excellent job. John was on it and had it all done already. He took care of everything.

I went back and found the company and when I emailed them I got a reply right away. The only reason I went with Interlock was because of John Reeves. You are losing business because of the one lady. She should not be with the company. I am not happy with her whatsoever. She would not give me any information.”
