“That was the only problem we had. We were told repeatedly things that were going to happen and then didn't ever happen. For example, we were told it would be put on 16 weeks, which would've been December 16th. Then we were told we'd be the first house to be done in January. I called back at the end of January and February and the work ended up getting completed the second week of March 2019. I called every single time after the end of December when nothing had been started or completed.”
