Communication scored 5 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “Some confusion when job was done as to how to pay final bill.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
As stated above in number four, final payment was not clear. Still unsure if a site inspection was completed when job had been completed by the installer.
