The one issue that we had was in regards to the snow guards. When we first started dealing with the salesperson we raised the issue that we were concerned about snow sliding off of the roof , but he assured us that 15 guards was enough. My neighbor saw and said that he had major concerns as well, so we had another 15 guards installed, and after that paths around the house were buried under 5 feet of snow, we ordered another 32. I do not know why, but Gary was very reluctant to sell snow guards for some reason.
