Interlock could improve by having all the materials delivered at the same time, we had to wait on some materials to come later. We have not received the warranty for the roof, or notification that it's been paid. I wrote a check at the time of the job completion, and still have not received notification that our payments have been paid. I feel it's very unprofessional of the office.
