  We moved into our new house in 1984. Our new house came with new 25 year shingles. In 2004, 20 years later we noticed that our roof shingles needed to be redone. Now, back in 1984 they used asbestos in the roof shingles and although at the time they said they were 25 year shingles, we were still happy to get 20 years out of them.   Bruce was completely thorough in his presentation of why metal shingles were the future of roofing. Product selection was great, and Bruce was pleasant and friendly.   Communication, supervision and workmanship. When they start a project they need to be better prepared with their materials for prep work. Because of their shoddy work I have stains on the maple wood.
