“Install dept. moved install up by 2 weeks even knowing I had chimney work to be completed prior to interlock install. I came home to product in drive way and a message on machine that product would be dropped off (they where right) 2 days after that a call, that install team would start Friday. I had to complete all chimney work on the weekend, everything worked out would have liked the agreed start date May 15.”
