Bob missed an appointment all together he said it was a error with schedulers but that was a frustrating start. Had issue with dangerous items large metal scissor flying off roof onto back porch. It was late in day and I had asked if we should avoid back deck was told no but this item came flying down worst part no apology. Also the cigar buds everywhere are annoying. Please keep this confidential as crew will be coming back to complete another portion of job and I don't want this to affect the work.
