They could improve their communication. It is very difficult to get in touch with someone on the phone. Whenever I call, any line, I always got answering services. There is no line that I can call and a person answers the phone. They seem very hidden and not upfront. The only person that I know from the office is the salesperson. There is no number to call and talk to someone and that almost seems shady. If I wanted to call and complain I know that I would have a hard time reaching someone. I left a message with the office about a month ago and I am still waiting to hear back. I am surprised that I have not heard from them considering what the message is regarding.
