Better communication when it came to the timing of the project. Working to ensure that the work crews got the work done and even showed up for the job. The work teams were erratic would come some days and be gone other days, we had three different teams work on the house. Each team seemed to do a good job once they got there but getting them to the job site was a task! This I found incomprehensible and frustrating. Interlock needs to be more honest in terms of the time the work will take and ensuring their contractors show up and when they don't communicate better with the clients.
