They could have improved on the time it took to do the roof. My job was started but was late for completion. It wasn't done in a timely manner because of the circumstances. The foreman of the crew lost a family member, and the job was way late. You never know when you are going to lose a family member. How do you begrudge that? Morris and his guys were very professional, very friendly, and kept me in the loop with everything going on. Anything I asked, they were very quick to put me at ease with their knowledge of the product and accessibility as the service was being done.
